Senior Technical Service Engineer

Location: South China; routine onsite technical service is required at customer sites

What you will do

• Provide routine onsite technical service and troubleshoot customer application issues.
• Monitor customer production-line performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Support new production-line setups, process operation manuals, and sample building for new opportunities.
• Deliver product training and technical support to customers.
• Collect information about customers, the industry, and competitors.
• Provide necessary logistics support and complete additional business-related assignments.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in technical service or a related electronics materials and applications role.
• Strong knowledge of specialty chemicals, formulations, and application processes.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues, analyze performance data, and manage technical projects and trials.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, technical documentation tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Availability to provide onsite customer service in South China.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic plating and MID plating, including electroless copper plating and ENEPIG.
• Experience with Apple surface-treatment development or Apple projects.
