Location: Tufts Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Hybrid arrangement with remote work, initial in-person training, and periodic or requested on-site attendance.
Salary: $30.00–$33.59 per hour, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do
- Provide outpatient nursing care and implement care plans under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Perform triage-related patient support, medication administration, treatments, and other nursing procedures.
- Assess and document pain, patient conditions, nursing interventions, and responses in the medical record.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to registered nurses, physicians, clinical managers, and charge nurses.
- Educate patients and families about medications, treatments, activities of daily living, and discharge instructions.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- Ability to apply the nursing process and provide safe, age-appropriate patient care.
- Knowledge of pharmacology and medication administration, including monitoring patient responses.
- Effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
- Ability to attend initial training and periodic or requested on-site work at the clinic.
Nice to have
- CPR Instructor certification.
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
