Apartment Maintenance Technician (Property Maintenance)

What you will do

• Provide maintenance services and responsive customer support to apartment residents.
• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new move-ins.
• Troubleshoot and repair or replace plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a facilities or building environment.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to perform physical work and move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
