Production Regulatory Analyst (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Prepare state and federal production reports for New Mexico and Texas.
• Maintain production master data and implement data-capture logic for regulatory reporting.
• Monitor and resolve regulatory, production audit, and third-party audit compliance issues.
• File state well tests, limited non-drilling and completion paperwork, OGOR reports, and other required agency submissions.
• Analyze field flows and emissions requirements related to statewide compliance.
• Work with asset teams, field personnel, revenue departments, managers, agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve reporting and entity-setup issues.

Requirements

• At least three years of production, regulatory, or related experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university or college, or related experience.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, data-management, numerical, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate policies, impacts, and recommendations clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP software.
• Experience filing OGOR federal production reports.
