Branch Manager (Electrical Distribution)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day branch performance across inside sales, counter sales, warehouse, and delivery operations.
• Drive profitable sales growth, pricing execution, customer support, account development, and supplier relationships.
• Build, coach, and develop branch staff while maintaining accountability, collaboration, safety, and customer service standards.
• Manage purchasing, quotations, contract review, inventory strategy, product availability, and branch business-system processes.
• Manage revenue targets, margins, operating expenses, budgets, forecasts, credit policies, and profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, and other internal partners to resolve customer and operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience is valued.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical wholesale distribution or a related industry.
• Prior leadership or branch management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in ISO-compliant environments, including documented standards, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., travel through the assigned territory, visit customer sites, attend events with overnight stays, and work more than 40 hours when required.
