Content Planning Associate

Location: Glendale, California, United States; office attendance is required Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

Salary: $72,000–$96,500 per year, with potential bonus and/or long-term incentive units in addition to benefits.

What you will do

• Track and report global Disney+ premiere dates for catalog and acquired content with global and local planning teams.
• Communicate daily schedule changes and updates to stakeholders.
• Represent Content Planning in meetings and written communications.
• Maintain and help develop databases, reports, and documents throughout the lifecycle of each title.
• Support localization and global release strategies.
• Help establish processes, improve planning tools, and handle ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in content planning, content curation, content strategy, or a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Professionalism, diplomacy, tact, sound judgment, confidentiality, and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Adaptability in evolving processes, structures, tools, and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription video-on-demand or linear television.
• Previous SVOD experience.
• Airtable proficiency.
