Procurement Manager (Technology and SaaS)

Location: Remote from the United States; U.S. work authorization required.

What you will do

• Provide procurement coverage during a temporary parental-leave assignment and maintain service levels for requests, agreements, and renewals.
• Track and complete technology and SaaS contract renewals, coordinating with business owners and internal review teams.
• Lead or support negotiations covering pricing, commercial terms, renewal protections, and service commitments.
• Coordinate procurement activities with Finance, IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, budget owners, and other stakeholders.
• Manage designated vendors, support vendor evaluations and competitive sourcing, and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Identify SaaS consolidation and cost-optimization opportunities, escalate material risks, and provide structured documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2+ years of procurement experience, preferably with independent ownership of procurement activities.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating technology and SaaS contracts and managing contract renewals.
• Strong vendor-management, stakeholder-management, analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with procurement or contract-management platforms such as Ironclad or equivalent software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; new employment visa sponsorship is not offered.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting IT or technology procurement.
• Experience with major technology providers such as Amazon Web Services.
