Procurement Specialist

Location: Wayne, New Jersey (Hybrid); 12-month contract.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for procurement requests, especially in facility services and marketing services.
• Triage sourcing requests and coordinate priorities with regional and global procurement teams.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including requirements gathering, market research, supplier identification, competitive bidding, and RFx events.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and make recommendations based on value, risk, and business requirements.
• Support negotiations and contract execution with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, procurement system setup, documentation, compliance, performance monitoring, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of sourcing and contracting experience; 5+ years preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management.
• Stakeholder management, relationship building, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with regional and global teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Wayne, New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Experience with indirect procurement categories.
• Procure-to-pay process knowledge.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar procurement and ERP platforms.
