Junior/Mid-Level SharePoint & Power Platform Developer

Location: South Africa; remote

What you will do

• Build and configure SharePoint Lists, Libraries, sites, views, columns, and permissions.
• Customize SharePoint Lists and Libraries with JSON and improve existing SharePoint solutions.
• Build, maintain, test, document, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows using triggers, actions, conditions, and approvals.
• Assist with simple Power Apps, maintain existing applications, and connect them to SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Work through individual requirements, identify solutions, complete builds or configurations, and demonstrate results to the project lead.
• Research unfamiliar problems, test different approaches, respond to feedback, and make necessary amendments.

Requirements

• Practical experience with SharePoint Online, including Lists and Libraries.
• Experience with SharePoint JSON and SharePoint troubleshooting.
• Basic experience with Power Automate and SharePoint configuration in Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, organize tasks, and explain completed work clearly.
• Ability to discuss a previously built Power Automate flow, including its purpose, trigger, logic, error handling, connected systems, and design choices.
