Junior to Mid-Level SharePoint & Power Platform Developer (Microsoft 365)

Location: South Africa; remote. Hiring eligibility depends on being able to receive payments via Wise, including support for local bank transfers in the candidate's country of residence or bank location.

What you will do

• Build and configure SharePoint Lists, Libraries, sites, views, columns, permissions, and JSON customizations.
• Maintain and improve existing SharePoint solutions and troubleshoot configuration and functionality issues.
• Build, maintain, test, document, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows using triggers, actions, conditions, and approvals.
• Assist with simple Power Apps, maintain existing applications, and connect them to SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Translate project requirements into appropriate builds or configurations, test completed work, raise clarification questions, and demonstrate solutions to the project lead.
• Research unfamiliar problems, test different approaches, apply feedback, and make amendments independently.

Requirements

• Practical experience with SharePoint Online, including SharePoint Lists and Libraries.
• Practical experience with SharePoint JSON.
• Basic practical experience with Power Automate.
• Practical experience with Power Apps and SharePoint configuration.
• Practical experience troubleshooting SharePoint.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365.
• Junior-level candidates are considered if they have a strong technical foundation and can demonstrate actual work with the required technologies.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, research unfamiliar issues, stay organised, and remain reliable and accountable.
• Ability to explain work clearly, receive feedback, and demonstrate completed solutions.
