TL;DR

05P - Computer Operations (Distributed Systems and IT Operations): Supervising complex computer systems, performing batch operations, and analyzing first-level issues across systems in a multi-vendor environment with an accent on scheduling, reporting, logging, and operating system support. Focus on troubleshooting operational issues, routing incidents appropriately, and supporting backup, recovery, and basic networking activities.

What you will do

Supervise and control complex computer systems, networks, and applications.
Operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.
Perform batch operations according to service agreements.
Analyze first-level issues across systems and resolve or route them appropriately.
Develop support system management processes for customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer success and identify career development paths.

Requirements

Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
Proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems.
Customer-focused approach and willingness to continuously develop technical skills.

Nice to have

Experience with troubleshooting, backup and recovery, and basic networking.
