IT Endpoint Engineer

Location: Porto; candidates must be based in Portugal or Serbia. Visa-based relocation is not offered.

What you will do

• Engineer, manage, and continuously improve the global endpoint environment, focusing on Windows and macOS client platforms.
• Design and maintain endpoint management solutions, configurations, security policies, compliance standards, and client services.
• Automate and standardize endpoint operations using scripting, APIs, and modern device-management capabilities.
• Manage Windows, macOS, and Linux client lifecycles, while supporting iOS and Android devices.
• Package, automate, and distribute applications across client platforms.
• Manage Omnissa Horizon virtual desktops, maintain desktop images, support global IT projects, and provide advanced second- and third-level troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in endpoint engineering and enterprise client-environment management.
• Strong Windows and macOS endpoint-management expertise covering configuration, deployment, lifecycle management, security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with modern endpoint and device-management platforms; Omnissa Workspace ONE experience is highly valued.
• Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and at least one shell or scripting language such as Bash or Zsh.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft workplace ecosystem, including integrations with identity, security, applications, and Microsoft 365.
• English communication skills and current residence in Portugal or Serbia are required.
