Lead Process Engineer (PCBA)

Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; onsite

Salary: $115,300–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes.
• Mentor and coach engineers and technicians.
• Assist management in developing and executing operational and strategic objectives.
• Drive quality and efficiency across manufacturing processes, operations, and tools.
• Prepare and manage documentation for experiments, component and equipment qualifications, and assembly materials qualifications.
• Apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience with electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment.
• Leadership, communication, writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to learn new skills, assume new responsibilities, and work cooperatively in a team environment.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes.
