Salary: $58,857–$98,095 annually, with possible bonus and shift premium.

What you will do
- Plan, maintain, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes, production activities, and controlled documentation for specialty printed circuit boards.
- Qualify new processes internally and externally and evaluate equipment through design of experiments and capability testing.
- Perform root-cause analysis and develop timely solutions for day-to-day process and mechanical issues.
- Program and troubleshoot equipment software while providing technical and analytical support to customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and other departments on procedural changes, safety concerns, hazardous waste handling, and process improvements.
- Support independent project execution and develop customer interface skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Process Engineer; 1+ year in PCB fabrication is advantageous.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process control, root-cause analysis, and hands-on analytical problem solving.
- Strong organization, project management, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements.
- Ability to work up to 9 hours per day, 5 days per week, including weekends when needed, and meet physical requirements including prolonged standing and lifting up to 45 lbs.
