Location: Hybrid position based in Albany, New York, with required in-office work and optional home-based working. Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates should be local to New York State or able to relocate independently.
Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do
- Build productive relationships with development teams and client partners.
- Clarify project scope, address issues, and resolve blockers.
- Coordinate communication, reporting, planning, and delivery across project teams and sub-teams.
- Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and milestones without compromising team wellbeing.
- Incorporate client feedback into development and studio workflows.
- Identify and mitigate risks while creating roadmaps for transformations and process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional production or project management experience.
- Experience shipping more than one game cycle through release.
- Experience coordinating or engaging with multidisciplinary development teams.
- Familiarity with technical environments, agile development workflows, production processes, testing, and software development.
- Advanced proficiency with planning tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or GitHub, with the ability to adapt to other tools.
- Strong scheduling, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Certification for current-generation consoles, such as Xbox Series X/S or PlayStation 5.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
