Senior Publishing Producer (Video Games)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin, or remote from the United States or Canada. Preference is given to candidates able to work in person from the Madison studio. Working hours include 11am–4pm CT Monday–Friday, with regular availability from 8–11pm CT for international collaboration meetings.

What you will do

• Coordinate publishing deliverables, owners, dependencies, deadlines, and communication across development and publishing functions.
• Maintain the publishing roadmap and align development milestones with publishing deliverables.
• Identify schedule conflicts and dependency risks, lead replanning, and help remove blockers.
• Establish repeatable processes for hand-offs, approvals, status reporting, and project documentation.
• Run planning meetings, milestone reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate announcements, betas, releases, updates, external approvals, and live-operations beats.

Requirements

• 6+ years of production or project management experience, including at least 2 years in AAA video game publishing.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of the game development and publishing lifecycle from pre-production through launch and live operations.
• Experience shipping titles across multiple platforms and storefronts, including work with platform holders or first-party certification.
• Familiarity with art and creative production pipelines, asset management, localization, QA, marketing, or community workflows.
• Availability during the required Central Time working hours and eligibility to work remotely from the United States or Canada.
