Market Access Associate (Biopharma)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid

Salary: €65,000–€86,333 annually

What you will do

• Collect, interpret, and document scientific and health-economic evidence supporting product value.
• Support the development of cost-effectiveness models and budget impact analyses, including epidemiological research.
• Contribute to reimbursement dossiers for outpatient GVS reimbursement and in-hospital medication regulations in the Netherlands.
• Monitor legislation, regulations, and market-access developments across relevant therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with trade, senior market access, headquarters, external vendors, and international colleagues to obtain or retain reimbursement.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in health economics, or relevant professional experience.
• Experience in market access or related activities, ideally in pharmaceuticals or another relevant organization.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination, research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to solve complex multi-stakeholder problems creatively and manage priorities with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
