Server Infrastructure Manager (Azure)

Salary: $127,000–$157,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for on-premises compute, virtualization, storage, and Windows/Linux platforms.
• Lead, develop, and coach the infrastructure team across operational support and project delivery.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and lifecycle management for platforms supporting enterprise and manufacturing operations.
• Guide hybrid infrastructure evolution, including Azure IaaS services and platform modernization.
• Drive monitoring, patching, change management, incident response, root cause analysis, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, forecasts, vendors, contracts, technology refreshes, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of infrastructure engineering and operations experience, including 3+ years managing infrastructure or server teams.
• Experience operating enterprise-scale on-premises infrastructure and with data center operations, migrations, or consolidation.
• Working knowledge of Azure IaaS, including virtual machines, networking, and identity integration.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and ITIL service management practices.
• Experience managing projects, vendors, contracts, budgets, or technology refresh planning. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting manufacturing or OT environments.
• VMware, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications.
