Infrastructure Administrator (Azure)

What you will do

• Own daily operations, reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers across on-premises datacenters, labs, production environments, and cloud platforms.
• Lead complex incident troubleshooting, escalation response, root cause analysis, and corrective improvements.
• Execute upgrades, migrations, deployments, platform modernization, and datacenter or lab infrastructure expansion.
• Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code workflows to improve provisioning, maintenance, standardization, and repeatability.
• Maintain secure configurations, documentation, runbooks, operational standards, and provide technical guidance to junior administrators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure environments; 4+ years preferred.
• Windows Server and Linux administration experience.
• Production experience with enterprise virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across compute, identity, storage, networking, and dependent services.
• Experience automating administrative workflows with scripting and infrastructure as code.
• Must be a U.S. Person or eligible to obtain an export license under applicable U.S. export regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or laboratory infrastructure.
• Exposure to hybrid cloud deployments, identity integration, enterprise storage, backup, monitoring, and observability platforms.
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
