Scientist - Cell Banking

Location: Lancaster, PA, USA; onsite and within commutable distance. Full-time, first shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; 25% travel may be required. No relocation assistance is provided, and the position is not remote.

What you will do

• Perform laboratory operations requiring dexterity, accuracy, and precision.
• Prepare and review reagents, samples, and media according to procedures.
• Perform and review routine cell culture activities.
• Document testing, observations, deviations, and results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process and evaluate data, and generate or review reports.
• Maintain laboratory areas, support LEAN initiatives, and communicate with client staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or a related concentration.
• At least one year of previous laboratory experience.
• Experience with good aseptic laboratory technique.
• Ability to read and understand analytical procedures and internal SOPs.
• Technical writing, calculation, computer, and data review skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship indefinitely.
