What you will do

• Support the Commercial Banking team with loan production and related banking services.
• Administer loan documentation and information throughout the loan life cycle, escalating issues when needed.
• Coordinate applications, funding, advances, payoff quotes, releases, and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate with appraisers, attorneys, environmental service providers, title companies, insurers, and other third parties.
• Review loan documents, assemble and maintain loan files, and prepare required correspondence.
• Compile past-due, maturity, collateral exception, financial exception, discrepancy, and other reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of lending support experience.
• At least two years of computer experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• NMLS registration or successful completion of the NMLS process within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of loan closing requirements, loan application software, financial documentation, covenants, and loan documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, confidentiality, customer service, and attention-to-detail skills.
