What you will do

• Learn development tools, best practices, and programming concepts with mentor guidance.
• Complete simple coding tasks and collaborate with colleagues throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute input to implementation decisions.
• Document, implement, and test high-quality software features with peer and mentor assistance.
• Participate constructively in code reviews and submit code for review.
• Build foundational knowledge of the team’s business domain and apply feedback from team leads.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Basic Java programming skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent documentation skills.
