Business Systems Analyst & Junior Software Developer (Multiple positions)

Location: Onsite in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, with travel to various locations in the United States

Salary: $110,552 per year for Business Systems Analyst positions; $108,056 per year for Junior Software Developer positions

What you will do

• Test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot computer programs and systems.
• Gather requirements, document business processes, and update business requirement documents under senior analyst supervision.
• Develop and modify software applications to correct errors, support new hardware, improve interfaces, and enhance performance.
• Analyze user requirements, assess design feasibility, and plan new system installations or modifications.
• Support integrated production, inventory control, and cost analysis systems.
• Travel to client locations in the United States and train end users during short- or long-term assignments.

Requirements

• Associate degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Liberal Arts, Commerce, or a related field.
• Five years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence, database administration, and Java.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work at the Tuscaloosa, Alabama location and travel to unanticipated client locations in the United States.
