What you will do

• Lead and support process improvement initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field operations.
• Analyze current-state workflows and design optimized future-state processes in Epicor ERP.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend ERP-driven solutions.
• Support Epicor configuration changes, testing, documentation, and user adoption.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, written guides, and video walkthroughs.
• Perform root cause analysis, monitor KPIs, analyze ERP data, and support change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering, management information systems, business analytics, operations management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interest in process improvement, systems thinking, and ERP-driven operations.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into system-based solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced industrial environment.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework with ERP systems, especially Epicor.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, SIPOC, or similar methodologies.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or Minitab.
• Manufacturing, construction, field service, or industrial experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or coursework.
