2027 ALLEX Engineering

Location: Houston, Texas, with potential relocation anywhere in the United States during and after the program; onsite work requires daily transportation to and from the workplace.

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotational assignments across technical, operations, project, or business functions in the traditional track.
• Develop engineering knowledge through predefined rotations in hydrogen-carbon monoxide, air separation, SIO, or plant engineering operations.
• Work on challenging projects supporting innovation, industrial production, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with employees and managers across different organizational levels and functions.
• Transition into a full-time organizational role or plant engineering position after successful completion of the 24-month program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Expected graduation in May 2027 and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Previous co-op or internship experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability and willingness to relocate anywhere in the United States, travel, and remain mobile during and after the program.

• Experience in the industrial gas industry.
