Group Lead, IT - Finance Capabilities (SAP Group Reporting)

Location: Chicago, IL — Chicago/Aon Center

Salary: $141,500–$176,900 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of SAP Group Reporting as the replacement for Oracle HFM.
• Shape the Enterprise Performance Management roadmap across consolidation, external reporting, financial planning, controls, and executive business reviews.
• Partner with Global Controllership capability owners, finance leaders, technology leaders, and senior stakeholders to align priorities and investments.
• Translate finance requirements into integrated technology solutions and lead capability-gap evaluations.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities, including enhancements, upgrades, vendor coordination, and continuous optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology delivery and support team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across Finance, Financial Systems, Information Technology, or Finance Transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise Performance Management implementations and enterprise technology transformations.
• Functional accounting or finance experience with knowledge of financial close, consolidation, external reporting, and financial planning.
• Experience leading technology teams in a DevOps or product delivery environment.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, cloud platforms, APIs, and data management.
• Strong stakeholder management, change leadership, and organizational transformation experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ePBCS, Snowflake, and related platforms.
