TL;DR
Owner’s Advisor – Collaborative Delivery (Infrastructure Project Delivery): Advising clients and project teams on collaborative delivery methods, procurement strategies, contracting approaches, and quality outcomes with an accent on design-build, CMAR/CMGC, and public sector procurement. Focus on developing RFQs/RFPs and contract structures, coordinating stakeholders, and resolving complex delivery issues across large infrastructure programs.

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, with opportunities in any hirify.global location. Hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work.

What you will do

  • Advise clients and internal project teams on delivery options and select approaches aligned with project goals and readiness.
  • Guide owners and project teams through CMAR/CMGC, design-build, and other collaborative delivery methods.
  • Support procurement by developing and reviewing RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and selection criteria.
  • Define scopes of work and contract structures for multi-party project teams.
  • Serve as an extension of the client’s staff while coordinating stakeholders, resolving issues, and maintaining schedule and budget alignment.
  • Establish and monitor QA/QC goals and collaborate with regional design-build and collaborative project delivery leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, building construction, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience leading collaborative delivery projects and programs.
  • Proficiency in design or construction project management and construction contract administration.
  • Understanding of public sector procurement procedures and ability to address complex procurement issues.

Nice to have

  • Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, Certified Construction Manager, or Project Management Professional credential.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing contracts, RFQs/RFPs, SOQs, and selection criteria packages.
  • Experience developing and managing program or client budgets.
  • Professional organization participation, leadership experience, or continuing education.
  • Experience as a project manager or technical leader on large, complex projects.
