Accounting Analyst - Revenue, Commercial Investment and Inventory

What you will do

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial analysis and management, corporate, statutory, and consolidation reports.
• Handle accounting and reporting for revenue, inventory, commercial investments, and operating expenses.
• Investigate financial variances, trends, and business performance drivers using large data sets.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOX internal controls, and hirify.global Corporate Accounting Policy.
• Support audits, improve and automate processes, and monitor the delivery quality of outsourced transactional services.

Requirements

• Relevant finance or accounting experience, ideally in a large, complex, or fast-paced organization.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets.
• Good systems capability, including Power BI, Power Pivot, dashboards, or reporting tools.
• Proactive and independent approach, with curiosity and confidence to challenge existing processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills across finance and non-finance functions.
