International Finance, Fund Finance - Analyst (Fund Finance)

What you will do

• Support European funds across multiple asset classes within the EMEA Fund Finance team.
• Oversee monthly NAV processes and validate subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, carried interest, management fees, NAV allocations, liquidity forecasts, and corporate G&A reporting.
• Manage liquidity across fund structures, jurisdictions, and entities in coordination with Treasury and finance stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate financial analysis and reporting for senior management, fund boards, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate fund board meetings, audits, administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and external service providers.
• Support financial statements, tax and regulatory reporting, technical accounting matters, fund structuring, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree educated and ACA qualified, or holding an equivalent accounting qualification, with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong IFRS accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience in private equity, private credit, asset management, financial services, credit funds, alternative investment structures, or fund administration.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, with strong analytical and financial skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly, build stakeholder relationships, and manage multiple deadlines.
• Highly organised, proactive, accountable, commercially minded, and collaborative.
