Educator Recruitment Associate (EdTech)

Location: Chicago, hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week

Salary: $52,000 USD OTE, including a $46,600 base salary and $5,400 variable component

What you will do

• Qualify educators as they join the platform and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Assess candidate preferences and match educators with suitable school roles.
• Conduct proactive daily outreach and communicate the platform's mission and value.
• Guide candidates through screening, onboarding, and document collection.
• Manage a large educator pipeline while prioritizing tasks and adapting to change.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence speaking to a high volume of people.
• Ability to work toward targets and stay organized while managing multiple candidates.
• Independent, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using technology, including Google Suite and AI tools.
• Transferable experience in customer service, hospitality, recruitment, education, acting or theatre, or fast-paced startups.
