Operator (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor process flow within the assigned production area.
• Troubleshoot, control, and optimize production processes using Honeywell computer systems.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform analytical testing and mathematical calculations to support operations.
• Follow safety policies, operating procedures, GMP requirements, and product safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment while supporting continuous production.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn process control systems.
• Ability to perform analytical testing and mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders and stairs.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or other manufacturing environments.
• Experience with process control systems such as Honeywell.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safety procedures.
