Senior Product Owner (Master Data Management)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Master Data Management capabilities.
• Own the MDM product strategy and prioritize features and user stories against the data product roadmap.
• Manage the backlog for data matching, merging, survivorship rules, and data stewardship workflows.
• Define master data domains and governance models, including counterparty and property data.
• Collaborate with Scrum, development, and technology teams on sprint and release planning.
• Build reusable MDM capabilities and monitor data quality KPIs, stewardship SLAs, and master data health metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Agile Delivery or Product Owner experience.
• 5+ years of experience in master data management, data delivery, or data governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of golden records, match/merge and survivorship rules, data stewardship, hierarchy management, and reference data management.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-team change management projects involving data governance and master data standardization.
• Strong skills in data profiling, data quality assessment, data mapping, data querying, duplicate identification, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and MDM architectures across on-premises and off-premises environments.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the mortgage industry, particularly commercial or multifamily real estate and loan lifecycles.
