End User Services Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Glendale, Arizona, United States

Salary: $77,300–$103,000 annually

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day operational activities for a technical end user services team.
• Assign work and provide job instruction for employees handling information technology operations and maintenance.
• Advise IT management on project status, schedules, metrics, and corrective actions for escalated problems.
• Manage personnel processes, including performance reviews, ongoing feedback, compensation communications, and hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate with department managers and other departments to exchange technical information and present project plans and reports.
• Provide regular status updates to the manager and perform duties outside normal work hours when business needs require.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of directly related technical experience as a senior contributor.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience in a similar technical environment.
• Proven experience executing IT operational responsibilities and participating in, developing, and completing projects.
• Ability to implement and enforce processes that support compliance and quality.
• Strong communication, listening, relationship-building, goal-setting, and emerging leadership skills.
