Applications Engineer - Identity (IAM)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Salary: $91,597–$114,496 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support company-wide identity management, access requests, IAM operations, and related corporate applications.
• Monitor support queues and service-level agreements while handling application support requests.
• Investigate, triage, and troubleshoot escalated issues and system outages, including root cause analysis and problem management.
• Facilitate change management by developing and executing test, communication, implementation, and rollback plans.
• Participate in outage management and on-call rotations, train operational teams, and maintain incident procedures.
• Improve processes, documentation, policies, and application environments to support sustainable and flexible architecture.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of experience in business, systems, and/or application analysis.
• At least three years of experience in systems or application support.
• Experience supporting public cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Strong documentation, communication, planning, analysis, and organizational skills.
• Advanced, resourceful troubleshooting and solutioning abilities.
