Salary: $34.79–$43.49 per hour, based on full-time equivalent

What you will do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient and family-centered care.
• Provide nursing procedures, treatments, medication administration, and clinical support within scope of practice.
• Deliver patient and family education, coordinate referrals, and develop comprehensive discharge plans.
• Document care, treatments, patient responses, and changes to care plans according to hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other disciplines during care coordination and reporting rounds.
• Support patient safety, quality improvement, shared governance, mentoring, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Requirements

• Massachusetts RN licensure required.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience required; three years preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage emergency and crisis situations and perform the physical requirements of patient care, including occasional lifting of 30–35 pounds.
