Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Nashua West Adult Medicine - Full Time - Foundation Medical Partners

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States; on-site ambulatory care role.

What you will do

• Support providers, room patients, take vital signs, triage patients, and call in prescriptions.
• Provide nursing care in person, by telephone, and through telehealth.
• Assess patient needs, establish care goals, deliver interventions, and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and other health professionals on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines; perform point-of-care testing; and collect and handle specimens within the applicable scope of practice.
• Educate patients on self-management, medications, nutrition, health, and wellness.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire Registered Nursing licensure is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting.
• Availability Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
