What you will do
- Support assembly, testing, and packaging activities across medical device manufacturing production lines.
- Perform basic electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections while meeting department quality and productivity goals.
- Use hand-held screwdrivers and electric torque drivers.
- Maintain material inventory at the assigned workstation and keep the work area clean and safe.
- Identify, document, and report product defects using required quality and production forms.
- Follow established procedures, good manufacturing practices, and Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic reading and writing skills, including the ability to follow step-by-step directions.
- Basic computer navigation skills and adequate written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to identify materials and information on parts.
- Ability to regularly lift parts and components weighing up to 30 pounds.
