AMI Electro-Mechanical Assembler 1st Shift (6:30am-3pm +OT)

Location: Denton, Texas, USA; onsite, 1st shift from 6:30am to 3pm with occasional overtime

What you will do

• Assemble, test, and inspect electro-mechanical products using engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Perform drilling, crimping, screwing, deburring, tapping, and precision measuring.
• Troubleshoot components and report defective materials, equipment issues, and questionable conditions.
• Document assembly, testing, and repair activities in established record-keeping systems.
• Retrieve technical drawings and documentation from company systems.
• Maintain a safe, organized 5S work area and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of related electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Ability to follow and communicate verbal and written instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and precision measuring devices.
• Soldering and brazing experience.
