What you will do

• Review customer feedback, product returns, and competitor products to support sourcing of new products.
• Help develop and select quality products for the company’s catalog.
• Build vendor relationships and collaborate on resolving product and process issues.
• Visit vendors to review manufacturing processes and identify innovative products.
• Collaborate with Quality, Inventory Management, and Creative teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Availability to travel to trade shows and vendor locations.
