Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, United States; onsite Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with inpatient rounding and hospital and office hours.

What you will do

• Provide outpatient wound care visits and inpatient hospital rounding.
• Assess and treat wound patients and identify patient and family needs.
• Educate patients and families about wound care.
• Perform telephone evaluations and triage.
• Expand and implement instructive programs aligned with patient needs.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation and collaborate with physicians and experienced nursing staff.

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of registered nurse experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of nurse practitioner experience.
• General surgery, wound care, or ostomy experience is strongly preferred.
