What you will do
- Provide overnight cross-coverage for all three surgical floors.
- Collaborate with Nocturnists and unit nurses to support patient care.
- Provide clinical guidance, teaching, and supportive decision-making to nursing staff.
- Help advance the quality and continuity of care for medical-surgical patients.
- Work 10 or 13-hour overnight shifts per month, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with scheduling flexibility.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner qualified to provide medical-surgical care.
- Two or more years of APP experience preferred.
- New Nurse Practitioner graduates with prior RN experience are welcome.
- Ability to work overnight clinical shifts onsite in Manchester, New Hampshire.
