What you will do

• Provide patient-centered care to client employees and their dependents.
• Conduct physical examinations and preventive health assessments according to applicable guidelines.
• Perform injections, suturing, wound care, infection management, and other clinical procedures.
• Develop care plans, prescribe or recommend treatments, interpret diagnostic tests, and refer patients when needed.
• Educate patients and coach nursing staff on treatment, health maintenance, and clinical best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active state RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses or certificates, including state prescriptive authority where applicable.
• Federal DEA license matching each state of practice, as applicable.
• Current national certification from ANCC or AANP.
• Master's Degree in Nursing; transcripts are required if the degree certificate does not specify Nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on the service scope.
• At least three years of clinical Nurse Practitioner experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or an emergency department.
