Senior Content Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Somerville, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with office attendance 3+ days per week

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the content strategy, editorial calendar, formats, distribution, and performance framework.
• Create thought leadership, customer stories, campaign assets, social content, and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to translate positioning into pipeline-driving content.
• Build content for sales motions, flagship events, customer events, and major product launches.
• Design AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, repurposing, distribution, and content operations.
• Track content performance, sourced and influenced revenue, sales usage, and conversion gaps.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS or technical content marketing experience.
• Portfolio covering thought leadership, campaign content, and full-funnel programs.
• Experience owning content programs end to end and connecting them to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong editorial judgment and writing skills for operational and sales audiences.
• Experience working with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Sales Enablement.
• Demonstrated use of AI to materially improve content output or economics.
