What you will do

  • Develop investigator grant estimates and proposal text for business development and clinical trial proposals.
  • Maintain contract and budget templates, systems, tools, and training materials for assigned sponsors and studies.
  • Support operational and financial site contracting activities for clinical trial initiation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with sponsors, internal stakeholders, and regional and country teams to deliver project scope and meet sponsor requirements.
  • Create and review scientific, technical, and administrative study documentation.
  • Monitor contracting efficiency, timelines, financial goals, performance metrics, records, and out-of-scope activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience negotiating clinical site contracts and budget templates.
  • Experience in clinical trial budgeting, contracting, or site management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
