Engineering Development Program (Vehicle Engineering)

Location: Wyoming, MN, USA, with rotations potentially in Roseau, Wyoming, and Medina, MN; Huntsville, AL; Novi, MI; or San Angelo, TX. Relocation and travel between sites are required, along with daily commuting to the office.

Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do

• Complete a two-year engineering development program with four six-month rotations.
• Gain experience in design engineering, test and validation, manufacturing or operations, and project/product engineering.
• Contribute to the development and production of world-class vehicles.
• Build an understanding of the product development cycle and customer needs.
• Present end-of-rotation and program results to senior leaders.
• Transition into a full-time engineering role based on business needs, demonstrated strengths, program experience, and career interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, including mechanical, electrical, software, computer, or systems engineering.
• Graduation date between August 2026 and May 2027, with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and relocate between U.S. rotation sites.
• Must be a U.S. person and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Leadership experience, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, communication skills, self-motivation, and interest in long-term career development.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or co-op experience.
• Experience with CAD or equivalent software, especially Creo.
• Hands-on engineering experience through internships, clubs, SAE, or Clean Snow.

Hiring process
