What you will do

• Create and maintain project schedules using Statements of Work, Work Breakdown Structures, Microsoft Project, and company scheduling guidelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to track and report progress across multiple interrelated schedules.
• Perform critical path, critical chain, quantitative, and qualitative schedule risk analyses.
• Provide Integrated Master Schedule and schedule metrics updates, including earned value management reporting.
• Support project managers during government reviews and meetings.
• Identify potential delays and facilitate remedial actions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with at least 5 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with at least 2 years of earned value management experience.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and data interpretation skills.
• Working knowledge of risk management as it relates to earned value management schedules and experience with schedule risk assessment software.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with earned value management practices, procedures, and Integrated Master Schedule reporting.
• Knowledge of DCMA 14-point assessment criteria and Integrated Program Management Report requirements.
• DAU certifications in Fundamentals of EVM and Fundamentals of Systems Acquisition Management.
