Senior Application Engineer (Medtech)

What you will do

• Provide technical consultancy to internal stakeholders and external global customers to support business growth and customer success.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sites, including R&D, manufacturing, sales, quality, and marketing.
• Develop and adapt technical solutions for customer-specific applications, including design modifications and performance optimization.
• Define and lead problem-solving activities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead product and material testing, validation, and qualification activities to ensure quality and reliability.
• Drive innovation, process and product improvements, technical analysis, and market research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as mechanical, materials science, chemical, or electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7+ years of experience in application engineering, technical services, product engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Experience providing technical consultation and developing solutions for customer-specific applications.
• Hands-on experience with problem-solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, testing, validation, and qualification.
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-site teams.
• Clear communication, customer-focused thinking, innovation, and proactive execution.
