Electrical Test (Manufacturing)

Location: Juarez, Mexico; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with production plans and production line output targets.
• Maintain efficient manufacturing operations and control manufacturing costs.
• Plan or contribute to unit budgets and allocate production resources.
• Prepare wafers, components, and semi-products while monitoring hand stock.
• Process components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform machine setup or CNC/SPS programming when required and coordinate repair issues with maintenance technicians or external service providers.

Requirements

• Follow internal work instructions, safety rules, EHS requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Execute assigned tasks according to specified procedures.
• Report failures or dysfunctions to the responsible employee or supervisor.
• Work in Juarez, Mexico in a manufacturing environment.
