Associate Mechanical Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: San Luis Potosi, Mexico; onsite production work

What you will do

• Follow detailed work instructions for assembly, machinery operation, packaging, product building, and soldering.
• Learn and apply basic quality and productivity standards.
• Develop proficiency in electronic production processes.
• Follow safety policies and apply SEL values and manufacturing principles.
• Build positive working relationships and cooperate with co-workers.

Requirements

• Ability to listen to, understand, and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to learn new skills, retain information, and assume new responsibilities.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and work overtime as required.
• Satisfactory background check and negative drug test results.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 40 pounds frequently and sit or stand for at least 8 hours.

Nice to have

• Word processing and spreadsheet skills.
• Assembly experience.
