TL;DR
Senior Manufacturing Integration Engineer (MES): Supporting and improving the Critical Manufacturing MES across North American production sites with an accent on system stability, process standardization, user support, and deployment. Focus on troubleshooting integrations, migrating legacy MES systems, training manufacturing users, and coordinating testing, upgrades, and production-safe releases.
Location: Flexible across North American sites in Juarez, Mexico; Yankton, South Dakota, USA; and Columbus, Nebraska, USA. The role supports in-person manufacturing operations.

What you will do
- Provide first-level support for local and regional Critical Manufacturing key users and troubleshoot MES issues.
- Support the daily operation, extension, enhancement, upgrades, and new releases of the MES platform.
- Identify manufacturing process and system improvements and promote standardized MES practices.
- Lead and support migrations from legacy MES systems to Critical Manufacturing while maintaining data integrity.
- Train shopfloor users, engineers, and key users; create training materials and transfer knowledge across sites.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams, IT, project teams, and business stakeholders on testing, validation, deployment, and production continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, manufacturing, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Critical Manufacturing key user or in a similar MES support role.
- Experience with MES implementation, deployment, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing system integrations, data flows, and process improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP MM, PP, and ME modules.
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience and participation in global digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of manufacturing automation, Industry 4.0, or Smart Factory concepts.
- Experience in multi-site global manufacturing organizations or with project and change management.
