Financial Services Representative II - Portuguese

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto-Dundas and Ossington, Toronto, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and recommend tailored financial solutions.
• Provide forward-looking financial planning using knowledge of cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the right internal specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Portuguese-language capability required for the role.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, relationship-building skills, and attention to detail.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Flexibility to work on-site across multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
